If you are in any way dissatisfied with the products you have received, we will happily organise a refund, exchange or store credit for you, as long as the products are returned to us in a saleable condition.

We will credit your credit card or paypal account.

The amount refunded will depend on the reason for the return. If you have received a:

  • damaged product or the wrong product, we will refund both the product and postage fee (if applicable)
  • product that you no longer wish to purchase, only the product cost will be refunded.


The exceptions to this are:

  • Items on sale
  • fabric that has been cut to size specifically for your order
  • sewing patterns


All returned products must be:

  • returned within 14 days of delivery
  • unused, unopened and in original condition
  • clean and undamaged
  • in a saleable condition upon return.

The customer is responsible for the postage cost of returning the goods. Please ensure the goods are adequately packaged to ensure that they are not damaged during return transit.

If you want to return a product to us for refund or exchange, contact us via email – hello@twobluebirdies.com.au -  and outline why you are returning the product and whether you would like to exchange, a refund or a store credit.

Then post the item to the following address:
